Australian Venue Co is seeking experienced Chef de Parties to join our Cairns team. We have positions at venues such as Palm Cove, Trinity Beach, or Barron River, giving you the chance to bring your skills to one of the region’s most popular kitchens. Each venue offers its own unique style, atmosphere, and dynamic kitchen environment. The Role As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section, delivering consistent, high-quality dishes while supporting a collaborative kitchen team. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain standards, execute menus, and ensure smooth service.
